Details: Post Name: No. Of Post SSC 65th Men Various Post: 350 SSC 36th Women Various Post: 29 For Widows of Defence Personnel Only: SSC (W) Tech- 1, SSC (W) (Non Tech) (Non UPSC)- 1 Aspect: Details Training Location: Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Training Duration: 49 weeks (approximately 11 months). Stipend: A stipend of ₹56,100/- per month during the training period. Documents: Details Matriculation Certificate: For proof of date of birth (10th Marksheet/Certificate). Aadhar Card: As valid identity proof. Photograph: Recent passport-sized color photograph (as per specified dimensions). Signature: Recent passport-sized color photograph (as per specified dimensions). More: Type of Training: Rigorous military training to develop leadership, discipline, and technical expertise. Commission Awarded: After successful completion, candidates are granted Short Service Commission (SSC) in the Indian Army. Liability of Cost: If candidates withdraw from training voluntarily or are discharged due to misconduct, they must bear the cost of training.
